All prices and transactions are stated and processed in the currency displayed at checkout, which may include United States Dollars (USD), South African Rand (ZAR), or another expressly indicated currency. Where a customer’s bank or payment provider converts the transaction into another currency, that provider may apply its own exchange rate or conversion fees.

Coaching sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled by providing at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session may result in the session being forfeited and no refund being issued, except where otherwise agreed in writing.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any dispute arising from the use of this website, the purchase of a digital product, or the booking of a coaching-related service will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.

Rushay Life Coach is domiciled in South Africa.

Digital products are delivered electronically and no physical goods are shipped or exported. Therefore, physical shipping and export restrictions do not apply to our digital products.
