Our paid guides are digital downloadable products.

Once payment has been completed and access to the guide has been provided, the sale is final and no refund will be offered, because the product cannot be returned in the same way as a physical item.

Refunds may only be considered where there has been a duplicate payment, an incorrect charge, or a technical issue that prevents access to the purchased guide and cannot reasonably be resolved.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you are buying a digital product and that access may be provided immediately after payment.
